Take a look at the examples below, and try to take similar pictures using your smartphone.
If the pictures are coming out darker than expected, turn the flash on.
Ideally ask someone to help and take the pictures for you, as it will be very hard to achieve a good image if you’re doing it on your own.
For the first 3, bite down on your back teeth, smile as wide as you can, and pull your lips and cheeks back with your fingers.
For the last 2, open your mouth wide and tilt your chin up and down for the best view of all your teeth.
